By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

Zalychae Creations does not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item created.

Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your customized product. We cannot make any changes once you receive your product if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.

Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact us if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON OUR PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping to Zalychae Creations if this is the case. We will then fix item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.

All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. We strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are love-crafted products and we are not perfect.

Each tumbler is handmade, no cup is EXACTLY the same! You will have a one-of-a-kind tumbler! Due to the handmade nature of these tumblers, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable (specs of glitter). We make every effort to ensure that your cup is perfect before presenting it to you. The item you see pictured is to visualize what this item will look like once it is finished. Since all items are handmade by us, and due to the custom nature of the items, we will do our best to re-create the listed pictures. There is no guarantee that they will look the exact same as pictured. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
